Joseph Roth, Director of Restoration Programs and Special Funds Joe has over 17 years of experience in land preservation, open space planning and management. A CorLands staff member since 1992, he was instrumental in forming the unique partnership with the Chicago District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that has generated more than $9 million to acquire and restore wetlands.
