Cook County
Sherwood Park, a heavily used park in Chicago's underserved Englewood community, is growing. The Chicago Park
District hired Corlands to develop a strategy for acquiring 15 vacant lots that would become a two-acre addition
to the site. CorLands bought the parcels and has transferred them to the park district - much to the benefit of
the many children who play there.
